At GFS he leads strategy and customer engagement, ensuring non-financial risk work produces decision-ready management information and defensible reporting. He focuses on aligning governance requirements with practical delivery across financial institutions.

Specialist in structured integration of risk data in financial institutions. With an engineering background and deep knowledge of reporting processes, he designs the data and process backbone of GFS. Salem ensures Eltravir produces reliable, auditable metrics and reporting by unifying sources and standardizing workflows within client environments.

Enterprise software and secure-infrastructure expert with experience in regulated environments. At GFS he leads Eltravir deployment and operations, keeping platforms client-controlled and secure-by-design, and ensuring reliable, efficient production at scale. Djai bridges architecture decisions with operational and regulatory expectations.

Why this mix matters

We bring a unique mix of knowledge of data processes and IT & AI combined with legal expertise within the regulatory environment of financial institutions. The foundation of our work is how we integrate those different backgrounds into a comprehensive methodology that redefines managing non-financial risks. Legal ensures compliance and alignment, data builds the systems and KRIs for insight, and IT delivers secure, scalable solutions. Eltravir combines those elements and enables financial institutions to proactively manage their non-financial risks.

Our journey

We met at the Stedelijk Gymnasium in Leiden. At university we took different paths (law, engineering, and IT) without knowing we would reconnect professionally later.

In 2019, as the first regulatory fines hit the Dutch financial sector and compliance moved up the agenda, we came together to combine our expertise.

In 2023, we founded Green Flag Solutions and moved from concepts and prototypes to full product development, which led to Eltravir. By 2025, we focus on delivering Eltravir with financial institutions, replacing fragmented tools with structured, data-driven oversight.
